Description
The Koenigsegg Jesko (pronounced “yes-ko”) is a hypercar engineered by Christian von Koenigsegg, unveiled at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show and set for production in 2020. As the successor to the Agera, the Jesko is designed for high-performance on the track and is named after Jesko von Koenigsegg, Christian’s father. It features a newly developed 5.0-liter flat-plane twin-turbocharged V8 engine paired with a 9-speed multi-clutch transmission, known as the “Light Speed Transmission.” The Jesko delivers between 1,280 to 1,600 horsepower, depending on the fuel used (standard gasoline or E85 biofuel). Koenigsegg plans to produce only 125 units, emphasizing its exclusivity and advanced engineering.
